I don’t think it makes sense to attribute BTC’s move to just one reason. Markets often price expectations in advance, so when everyone is expecting a drop, the actual move can turn out very differently. 👀
And remember: heavy short positioning doesn’t automatically mean a dump is coming immediately. Sometimes the market can move against the majority first.
