#Binance held training for investigators and delegates from the Civil Police of the State of Goiás on September 29th. According to Livecoins, the training was conducted by the exchange's Intelligence and Investigations team and is part of the ongoing the company's efforts to expand knowledge about the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry.

Furthermore, Binance intends to contribute to strengthening actions to prevent, investigate and combat financial illicit activities involving cryptocurrencies.

The event covered the concepts of blockchain and cryptoassets, investigations involving cryptoassets, Binance's AML (money laundering prevention) policies and the processes and tools developed by the company to collaborate with authorities in combating cyber and financial crimes.

The exchange has already conducted similar workshops for investigators from the Federal Police in Brasília and for prosecutors and investigators from the Public Ministry of Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, as well as invited bodies.
