I WORKED AT BINANCE FOR 2 YEARS – THIS IS MY HONEST REVIEW

In May 2021, during the crypto crash, I began working in a junior role at Binance after being contacted on LinkedIn by a Binance HR representative. I was surprised to receive the offer because I had only recently become interested in crypto and Binance had seemed like a startup and not reliable company to me. The hiring process was complicated, with multiple rounds of interviews and extensive background checks on my previous employers by different people from various countries. After three rounds of interviews, I was offered the job, and it took about a month to complete all the formalities, including signing the contract, receiving a brand new MacBook (which the company provides to its employees), and onboarding training. And so, my journey with Binance began.

As my first remote job, I thought it would be easy, but it turned out to be the most challenging experience of my life. The first week was extremely stressful, and I wanted to quit. However, several senior colleagues from different parts of the world encouraged me to stay, promising that the company valued good employees. They were right, and things improved significantly. I was amazed at how well-developed the company's systems were, especially for a startup. Having previously worked for Mercedes Benz, BMW, Audi, and other large corporations, I found Binance's system integration, flexibility, security, and departmental flow to be some of the best I had ever experienced.

What sets Binance apart is its CEO, CZ, who listens to his employees and responds to messages. He even has his own status in the internal network for employees to provide feedback. The fact that the founder of such a successful corporation still listens to his employees and is online for 20 hours a day made me even more motivated.

I could talk all day about how Binance surprised me over the course of two years, but I don't have enough words to describe how everything works here,..I will miss you, and thank you for everything CZ, and Binance. #opbnb #cz #Binance #BTC $BNB
