Golden Finance reported that FTX’s former head of institutional sales Zane Tackett said on The Scoop podcast that he was not surprised that FTX has recovered so much money in the bankruptcy proceedings so far. He said the exchange was a sloppy place with poor accounting. I remember one time I found out that they had received millions of dollars worth of airdrops and they didn't know it. Tackett is surprised the liquidators haven't recovered more of the hacked funds or figured out who did it. He said that if he had to guess who hacked the exchange, he would say a former senior employee of FTX or Alameda.
