So
$BULLA ’s funding cap is not the main story.
#Binance has switched BULLAUSDT into Last Price Protected mode because spot prices diverged across exchanges and deposits or withdrawals were limited.
During
#LPP , the usual cross-exchange index is replaced by a smoothed average of the contract’s own recent trades, with mark-price changes capped at 1% per second. Funding is also capped at ±0.005%, down from ±2%.
That changes how the market should be read. A calm mark price or small funding print no longer proves spot has stabilized; both are being mechanically constrained. The cleaner signal is Binance ending LPP and restoring its standard mark-price formula after spot venues converge.
Until then, basis and funding on
$BULLA are risk controls not normal conviction signals.
