Over the past two days, while digging deeper into the protective mechanism of Binance P2P, I realized there’s a rather interesting perspective: no matter how powerful the protection tool is, it only works when we use it the right way.
Look at a real P2P transaction:
Escrow locks the seller’s crypto.
The chat window stores all evidence.
The Support team resolves disputes based on standardized data.
So why can risk still happen?
Because Escrow only holds the coins. If users voluntarily leave the app to chat on Zalo/Telegram, rush to trust screenshots of transfers, or press "Unlock" before checking their banking app... they themselves have created a gap for risk.
This reminds me of the seat belt in a car. No matter how good the airbags or ABS brakes are, you’ll still be in danger if you don’t buckle up.
