My perfect morning☀️

I don't use an alarm clock. I leave the curtains open in the evening and wake up naturally. This decision helps to eliminate unnecessary stress at the moment of waking up.
🎇The first hour of the morning is the most important. It is divided by the principle of 20–20–20:
• 20 minutes of warm-up💪
I do basic exercises: squats, push-ups, abs. This helps me wake up, triggers the production of dopamine, and gradually improves physical fitness.

Analysts at Swissblock report that their BTC risk index has risen to 33/100, entering 'High Risk' mode.

The main issue: a growing outflow of funds from spot BTC ETFs.

According to Glassnode, funds are experiencing net outflows almost every trading day since May 7, with total capital withdrawals already exceeding $2 billion over two weeks.

Swissblock notes that a similar destabilization of the risk index was observed before the 2022 crash when BTC dropped by -35%.

In the time of Robin Hood (and in the Middle Ages in general), coins with clipped edges were simply called "clipped" (from the English "clipped coins").
