$BTC ETF consecutive 9-day accumulation record was broken!

On Friday, net outflows of $201.8 million.

Before that, in 9 days it had fiercely accumulated over $3 billion!

The price also fell back below 78K.

But the August on-book fund strength is still solid!

On Friday, the U.S. spot Bitcoin ETF recorded net outflows of $201.8 million, officially ending a streak of net inflows for nine consecutive trading days. Earlier, this round of continuous accumulation totaled more than $3 billion—right when BTC slipped back below 78K.

The single-day outflow is worth watching, but for now it hasn’t yet damaged the month’s overall fund trend. In August, the ETF’s cumulative net inflows are still around $3.3 billion. Next, the most critical question is whether there is spot buy support near 78K, and whether these $201.8 million redemptions will continue to expand into further consecutive outflows.

One bearish candle can break the record—but it can’t erase the more than $3 billion worth of accumulated positions from before.

As long as the ETF quickly turns back positive, this pullback may actually be easier to turn into a renewed spot for long-vs-short competition and re-accumulation!
