⚡Major signal! Standard Chartered’s top analyst changes stance: the $100,000 target is already conservative—by year-end, Bitcoin could surge to a new all-time high of $126,000!
Geoff Kendrick, Global Head of Digital Assets Research at Standard Chartered Bank, made a surprising call: market conditions are likely to accelerate after October 6. He said bluntly that this year is the first time he realized his previously stated year-end $100,000 target may have been too low!
This latest rally began with liquidation triggered by short squeezes, and now spot ETF inflows have been recovering. At the moment, open contracts remain at low levels. Once prices continue climbing, a large wave of off-exchange capital is likely to rush in—adding fuel to the bull market.
Worth noting: earlier this year in February, Kendrick significantly cut his expectations, lowering the Bitcoin target from $150,000 to $100,000, and Ethereum from $7,500 to $4,000. At the time, he predicted that BTC would first dip toward the $50,000 area before launching a rebound. Now, with the market outlook reversed, his bullish stance has been upgraded even further.
