Promotion B: Purchase BTC via Auto-Invest to Share $5,000 USD in BTC Token Vouchers

All users who click the [Register Now] button on the promotion page and purchase at least $1,000 USD equivalent of BTC via a new Auto-Invest plan during the Promotion Period, will be eligible to share $5,000 USD in BTC token vouchers in accordance with their total Auto-Invest subscription amount during the Promotion Period on a first-come, first-served basis, as per the rewards structure below.

Notes:

• This promotion is open to Binance users globally.

• Users may receive rewards from a lower tier, if all rewards for the tier corresponding to their total Auto-Invest subscription amount during the Promotion Period have been fully distributed (distribution is on a first-come, first-served basis).

• New Auto-Invest plans with a “Paused”, “Removed” or “Failed” status during the Promotion Period, will not count toward the aforementioned requirement for Promotion B.

• Sub-accounts will not be viewed as independent accounts when participating in these Promotions. Sub-accounts’ trading volume will be combined with the master account’s standard trading volume in the final calculation.

• Binance reserves the right to disqualify trades that are deemed to be wash trades or illegal bulk account registrations, as well as trades that display attributes of self-dealing or market manipulation.

• Binance reserves the right to disqualify any participants showing signs of fraudulent behaviour immediately.
