How to Provide Device Information

If you are asked to provide device information, please provide a screenshot with the details of the commonly-used device you used to login to your Binance account. The screenshot should contain the following information:

• Device operating system version
• Device brand
• Device model
• Browser name/version

How to find device information on my computer?

For example, if Apple MacBook is your most commonly-used device, click on the Apple icon on the top left corner of your screen and click [About this Mac]. You will see the information needed in a pop-up window.

If you’re using a Windows computer, right click on the desktop and go to [Display settings] - [About].

How to find browser information on my computer?

For example, if Google Chrome is your most commonly-used browser, open your Google Chrome and click [...] - [Settings] on the top right corner. Then click [About Chrome] to find the browser information.

How to find device information on mobile phone?

If you are using mobile devices, you may find the device information in [Settings] - [About].

How to find browser information on my mobile?

For example, if Google Chrome is your most commonly-used mobile browser, tap on the [...] on the bottom right. Then tap [Settings] and scroll down to [Google Chrome]. You will see the browser information.
