1. In which order does the Binance Card use my cryptocurrencies in the Spot or Funding Account?

The Binance Card makes purchases using an aggregated value of your selected cryptocurrencies in your Spot or Funding Account based on the payment priority you set in the Card Dashboard.

Currently, the Binance Card supports 12 cryptocurrencies, including USDC, USDT, FDUSD, BNB, BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP, WLD, ID, LTC and ADA.

To add, remove, or rearrange the order of the spending cryptocurrencies, select [Card Dashboard] - [Payment Priority] - [Edit]. The system will follow the payment priority when you make a purchase with your Binance Card.

Please note: You must have a minimum of 3 cryptocurrencies in your Payment Priority list, and a maximum of 12 cryptocurrencies can be selected.

For example, your payment priority is set as USDC > BNB > BTC, the system will deduct funds in this order:

1. USDC from your Funding Account

2. USDC from your Spot Account

3. BNB from your Funding Account

4. BNB from your Spot Account

5. BTC from your Funding Account

6. BTC from your Spot Account

2. Will my payment be declined if the balance of my prioritized cryptocurrency is insufficient?

Yes it would. The transaction will only go through if the aggregated balance of your prioritized cryptocurrencies in your Spot or Funding Account equals or is greater than the amount the merchant is attempting to charge. Binance will automatically use all available cryptocurrencies in the order you selected to complete the transaction.

Your Spot Account has been automatically enabled as an additional source of funding for making payments. Find out more about using your Spot Account as a backup source of funding here.

3. Where can I use my Binance Card?

You can use your Binance Card anywhere in the world at any Mastercard merchant.

4. How do I check my card details?

To view your card details, such as the card number, CVV code, and expiry date, go to [My Cards] - [Card Details] below the image of the card on the Card Dashboard.

5. When and where will the funds be returned to my account if a transaction is declined?

If a transaction is declined after the funds were deducted from your accounts, e.g., due to network issues that are out of Binance’s control, your funds will be returned to your Funding Account (in USD). Convert the returned funds to a supported cryptocurrency in your Payment Priority Order to continue to make payments.

6. Can I pay for products and services in a foreign currency?

Your card is denominated in USD. If you make a purchase in any other currencies, we will convert the amount of the transaction into USD using the exchange rate set by Mastercard on the day the transaction is processed

Please note:

  • This conversion rate may differ from the conversion rate on the actual date of the transaction. You may check the conversion rate for each transaction in the transaction details.
  • FX fees will apply for any transaction not in USD.

For more details about fees, please refer to Binance Card Fees and Limits.
