In extraordinary circumstances, if we cannot resolve your complaint within 4 weeks, we will update you on the status and explain the reasons for the delay. In such cases, we will resolve the complaint no later than 8 weeks from the date it was made.
If you don’t receive a reply from Binance Dubai within 4 weeks, or if you’re not satisfied with the final decision, you have the right to refer the case to the Virtual Asserts Regulatory Authority (VARA) within 8 weeks from the date of receiving the final response. If the official complaint you filed is related to Binance Dubai’s operative Business Continuity Plan (BCP), Binance Dubai will get back to you citing the official policy.
