Yesterday also hit the return-rate ranking, placing sixth. The Buddha said: this trading method is invincible. If you want the same trading method, add me.
Let’s take a look at the BTC 12H chart. After an earlier rally, price pulled back and is now moving in a narrow range near support. Momentum on the bullish side has clearly faded, and the short-term move looks like a recovery phase after the drop. Keep an eye on two key levels: whether price can reclaim resistance above on strong volume, and whether support below can hold. In a range-bound market, blindly chasing trades is a common mistake. Leveraged contracts leave little room for error, so manage your position size and respect volatility.
If your total crypto holdings are worth less than $10,000, I recommend reading this section carefully.
When investing a small amount in crypto, there are basically only two paths:
The first: Stick with large-cap, mainstream coins and grow your holdings gradually. Your assets can increase steadily, but reaching the million-dollar mark is very difficult. The logic is simple: for a coin with a $100 billion market cap to rise 100-fold, its market cap would have to reach $10 trillion. And the entire crypto market is still worth less than $3 trillion.
The second: Take a chance on small-cap coins in pursuit of exceptionally high returns. This path really can transform your portfolio, but the vast majority of small-cap coins eventually go to zero.
The key isn’t which path you choose, but how you strike a balance between the two.
In the last bull market, among the projects I shared, two delivered 1,000x returns, and quite a few others returned 100x. Of course, there were also some I didn’t hold on to and missed out on.
That’s why you should never use leverage or borrowed money to invest in small-cap coins. Only use money that— even if you lost it all—wouldn’t affect your day-to-day life.
So, is there a way to identify in advance which coin will take off? The answer is: No.
But we can develop a screening framework to find the ones with relatively better odds.
Before every trade, I always ask myself the same questions in the same order. I’m still using this approach to find opportunities in the current cycle.
Most people only notice an opportunity after a coin’s price chart has already shot straight up. By then, most of the profits have already gone to the early investors.
Ethereum has been trading sideways for 5 days. The 3-day candlestick just formed a doji. Next week is about to see a trend change. From my personal perspective, I’m bearish. I’ve already made arrangements for the members.
At present, it looks like the big-cake long/short ratio is 1 to 1. The long and short forces are evenly matched, and there may be a situation where both long and short positions get liquidated overnight.
