To make long-term value investment, there are several important points in practice:

1. Investment target

When choosing digital asset investments, long-term holding is a wise choice, especially for Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH), which are undoubtedly the top choices. These two digital assets can be held for a long time, even for more than 10 years, and are safe choices.

In addition to BTC and ETH, if you consider allocating other digital assets, you should choose blue-chip coins, which are project tokens that occupy a leading position in the segment, have an established ecosystem and are constantly developing. The potential rise of these blue-chip coins in the next bull market may exceed that of BTC and ETH. At the same time, they are relatively stable and safe and will not face the risk of returning to zero.

Personally, I am more optimistic about two infrastructure tracks: Layer 2 and storage. I think the next bull market will usher in an explosion of the application layer, and a large number of applications will rely on the two infrastructures of Layer 2 and storage. Among these two tracks, Arbitrum and Optimism represent Layer 2, while Filecoin and Arweave have attracted much attention.

However, when choosing multiple investment targets, it is important to carry out good asset allocation and allocate the main funds in BTC and ETH instead of overly relying on other currencies. Additionally, it is important to diversify your investments to protect against potential risks. Some projects that were once considered blue-chip coins, such as LUNA and FTX, have also crashed in the past, so be sure to avoid heavy positions when allocating to protect investors from huge losses.

2. Entry time

Timing your entry into the market is critical for investors as it directly affects the cost of holding the asset. The ideal situation is to buy at the bottom of every bear market, but in fact, most people are not so lucky, and are more likely to buy halfway up when the market rises.

Once you have determined the time to enter the market, you need to carefully consider your positioning options. There are many strategies to choose from.

3. Position building plan

There are several simple and effective position building options to choose from, depending on one's investment style and time schedule.

(1) One-time stud plan:

When the ahr999 indicator drops below 0.45, all the funds to be invested will be used to open a position at once, and then the assets will be stored in the wallet. This is a simple and crude operation method suitable for investors who do not want to spend too much time and energy. The disadvantage is that the price may drop further, missing out on lower buying prices.

(2) Wait for a lower price plan:

The optimization plan is to wait for the ahr999 indicator to fall below 0.40 before opening a position. Historical data shows that every bear market bottom indicator is likely to be below 0.40 or even below 0.30. This requires more patience and frequency of market observation.

(3) Ladder-type warehouse building plan:

Divide the funds for building a position into several tranches, and gradually build a position based on changes in the ahr999 indicator. For example, the first trade is opened when the indicator drops to 0.40, the second trade is opened when the indicator drops to 0.35, and so on. If you cannot wait for a lower opportunity, you can open a position when the indicator returns to the price of the previous level.

(4) Price-based ladder position building plan:

Set the price point for building a ladder position based on the Bitcoin price. For example, when the indicator drops to 0.40 and the Bitcoin price is 25,000, you can open a position for the first time at 25,000, and then place pending orders in steps of 1,000 at 24,000, 23,000, 22,000, 21,000, and 20,000. Place orders separately.

(5) Fixed investment plan:

For working people, if the funds are not a one-time investment, a long-term fixed investment plan can be adopted. When there is an opportunity to buy the bottom line, start a long-term fixed investment plan. Even if the index rises back above the bottom line, as long as it is still below the fixed investment line, you can continue to implement fixed investment. It is recommended to make fixed investments on a daily or hourly basis.

Which option to choose depends on personal risk appetite, market observation ability and time flexibility.

4. Exit time

The most ideal time to exit is when the bull market reaches its peak, but it is more difficult to successfully escape from the top than to buy the bottom in a bear market, and most people find it difficult to do this.

The long-term investment plan is actually to earn profits from the market's large cycles, and it is also the most stable way to make profits. The longer the holding period, the greater the accumulated profits.
