Product development at Binance follows five key principles: simplicity, trust, transparency, innovation and community. This last point is of particular importance.
A great product provides value to the user: this value is what distinguishes it from a product that is merely good or passable. Although ours are sometimes considered intuitive and revolutionary, they are ultimately useless if they don't address our users' problems.
With this in mind, in February we launched a direct communication channel that allows any Binancer to propose ideas to our team: the Feature Requests and Reviews board. More recently, we also introduced a public notice roadmap that shows the up-to-date status of ideas submitted by Internet users.

Our Feature Requests and Reviews Board is a work-in-progress project that aims to create new channels for Binance users to submit relevant product reviews. Here's a quick summary of its performance in a few numbers:
More than 4,000 suggestions submitted by the community using this new tool.
73 of them were published so that Internet users could vote and comment on them.
The most popular feature received 90 votes and is now under development.
Our April 19 update now displays submitted requests and responses from the product team for their current builds on the board.
As a company grows, it's not uncommon for teams to build products simply to provide more features or to meet the "roadmap," but this is not the case with Binance. We happily incorporate feedback into our product development process because user satisfaction is the best indicator of success.
Of course, itโs very easy to boast about taking a user-centric approach; That's why today we want to showcase some of the most popular product ideas that we've created or are currently working on, and that were submitted to us by the community.
The best ideas from our Feature Requests and Reviews board
Here are some of the product ideas suggested by our users. If you have a Binance account, feel free to check out our review board whenever you want to give us your suggestions, vote or comment on ideas posted by other internet users. All user ideas that we have implemented, are in development, or plan to implement are listed in our public notice roadmap.
The most popular ideas go through three stages: planned, under development, and available to you. If we are unable to design a feature that has been requested of us, we will always provide an explanation.
