Everyone, I’m planning to open a large short position on $AIOT .

Take profit: 0.108902

Stop loss: 0.119595

👇 The reasons are below.

You may be wondering the obvious question: why am I shorting here?

First, the price level. The latest 15-minute candle closed at 0.1184. The range over the past 20 days is 0.05011 to 0.119, and the current price is at the 99.2nd percentile—with the range high having just been hit today.

It’s up 62.845% over the past seven days and +17.530% in 24 hours, with each move getting more aggressive.

Next, let’s see what’s driving it. Open interest is up 8.61% in a day, while notional value is up 21.97%.
That extra amount is being driven by the price itself, not by new positions piling in.

The funding rate is 0.139711%. It’s still negative on $BTC , while $ETH is only at 0.006841%.
That rate is much higher than on the major platforms, so longs are getting charged every eight hours.

The last two 15-minute candles closed at 0.11833 and 0.11837. The upward momentum has stalled,
there’s more and more supply changing hands at these high levels, and liquidity on the way down is noticeably thinner.

It’s like compressing a spring to its limit: let go, and it snaps back first.

Take profit is set at 8%, and the stop loss is tightened to 1%. Both levels are kept within the average daily volatility—this is a position-sizing rule I never break on any trade.

The risk-reward ratio is about 7.95. The bet is that it first returns to the mean, giving back the gains from this move.

Honestly, I’m waiting for it above this market.

What do you think of this trade?
