TSV LLC completes its first tokenized stock transaction, becoming the first TSV to complete such a transaction.

According to an Odaily news brief, the transaction took place on a trading venue operated by Five North using Canton’s Tradecraft protocol. TSV LLC sold tokenized shares of Nasdaq-listed Canton Strategic Holdings to DRW Cumberland. Flowdesk provided liquidity, and Fairmint served as the share transfer agent.

· The transaction involved four roles—issuer, trading venue, liquidity provider, and transfer agent—and the responsibilities of each party were clearly outlined in the press release.
· The asset being traded was tokenized stock in a Nasdaq-listed company, not a separately issued token.

Would you look first at the trading venue’s settlement arrangements or the share transfer agent’s registration method?
