During the pullback between 10 and 11 this morning, $PUMP hit a low of 0.004097. It just wouldn’t break below 0.0041, then shot back up this afternoon to hit 0.004479, a new intraday high.

I’m bullish. Break down the contract data and it’s clear what the money is doing:

Whales and retail traders are sharply divided. On Binance futures, 72% of whale positions are long, and that figure has held above 70% from yesterday through today; they didn’t let go during the few hours of pullback either. Across all accounts, the long ratio is still less than half, at around 49%. Whales are holding longs while half of all accounts are short, so every step up is forcing short positions to stop out.

Open interest has rebounded too. During the pullback, futures open interest fell from 73 million U to just over 69 million U, shaking out some weak hands. During the rebound, it climbed back to around 72 million U—that’s new money coming in, not just funds cycling around. The funding rate has stayed at its baseline of 0.005%, so longs aren’t crowded at all.

24-hour volume is 170 million U. From yesterday’s low of 0.00389, price is already up 14%, with healthy volume-price action.

The levels are simple: 0.004479 is today’s high; if it holds above that, the next target is 0.00466 from 10-28. Support is 0.0041, this morning’s pullback low; exit if it breaks below.

Did you get your PUMP yesterday near the lows, or buy the dip today? Can it break through 0.00466 in one go this time?
