Withdrawals Resume for More Assets
Dear Binancer
Following the successful reopening of withdrawals for selected networks and assets in the initial phase on 01/11/2026, Binance has reopened withdrawals for the assets listed below, effective from 04:00 (UTC) on 03/11/2026.
Not all listed assets will be available at once. As in Phase One, the reopening will be implemented gradually as security and readiness checks are completed for each asset. Deposit services remain open and will not be affected.
Assets with Planned Withdrawal Resumption

We are prioritizing tokens based on user demand over the past week, carefully restoring each network-asset pair after rigorous security checks have been completed. Other assets will be added as they become ready.
Check the withdrawal page for the selected asset and network or visit our network status page to confirm availability. During the rollout, users may experience temporary delays or longer processing times due to traffic volume. If a withdrawal is not completed, please try again in a few moments. We will share updates through our official channels.
We will continue reopening withdrawals, strengthening our security measures, and sharing updates as progress continues.
Our commitment remains unchanged: Binance will bear the financial impact of the stolen funds. These losses will not be passed on to users.
Thank you for your support and for being part of the Binance community.
