Binance said on Sunday that withdrawals had resumed and that an initial surge led to $3.64 billion in outflows before stabilizing. Binance reopened withdrawals three days after freezing assets following a cyberattack. On Thursday, hackers stole tokens worth $6.3 billion in an attack linked to North Korea. Binance described the outflows as relatively small, equivalent to 2.1% of the $171 billion it manages.
