When I posted, the price was 0.28399. The current price.
Just documenting this: at that point, all the upper short positions had been liquidated. There were too many people in profit, so the market needed to shake some people out.
Bearish, but not shorting. I opened a short at 0.28 too, but I couldn't hold it because I'd taken a big loss shorting in the past.
If you opened a short just now, I recommend checking the liquidation heatmap. A few levels:

0.21
