• 29/10/2026 17:10 (Vietnam Time): SMRUSDT USDT-Margined Perpetual Contract 

• 29/10/2026 17:15 (Vietnam Time): OXYUSDT USDT-Margined Perpetual Contract 

• 29/10/2026 17:20 (Vietnam Time): AMGNUSDT USDT-Margined Perpetual Contract 

• 29/10/2026 17:25 (Vietnam Time): PFEUSDT USDT-Margined Perpetual Contract 

• 29/10/2026 17:30 (Vietnam Time): MELIUSDT USDT-Margined Perpetual Contract

Note: 

• This information is published as a notice under Rules 75 and 89 of the Exchange Rules and a notice under Rule 76.6 of the Clearing Rules.

• The above Perpetual Contracts are exempt from Rule 8.1 Funding Interval Adjustment. The funding interval will not be adjusted from once every eight hours to once every hour when the previous Funding Rate settlement for the above Perpetual Contracts reaches the Funding Rate cap or floor. Binance Futures will issue a separate announcement if it decides to increase the funding frequency of the above Perpetual Contracts to once every hour.

• Binance RIE may adjust the trading parameters of the above Contract(s) from time to time in accordance with the Exchange Rules and Exchange Procedures. The trading parameters applicable at any given time are set out in the relevant Contract Specifications and the Trading Parameters Table (USDⓈ-M Futures Contracts). 

• Binance RCH may adjust the maximum leverage and margin requirements in accordance with the Clearing Rules and Clearing Procedures. The maximum leverage and margin requirements applicable at any given time are set out in the Leverage & Margin Table (USDⓈ-M Futures Contracts). 

• Binance RCH may adjust the Funding Rate in accordance with the Clearing Rules and Clearing Procedures. The Funding Rate parameters applicable at any given time are set out in the Funding Rate Table (USDⓈ-M Futures Contracts).
