【In a nutshell】
The European session is over, and the market has added nothing new.
The 24-hour change across the ten coins ranged from -0.19% to +1.81%, while over 12 hours, nine were down and one was flat. Trading volume remained at 5%–49% of the seven-day average, with almost no change since midday. More notably, the intraday high-low range for all ten assets was smaller than their respective ATRs. Volatility has been compressed below average—this is a lull before a directional move, not the end of the market.
【Market overview: $BTC】
80432, +0.24% over 24 hours, +0.38% over 4 hours, and -0.04% over 12 hours.
Today's high was 80952 and low was 79369, giving an intraday range of 1583, while the ATR is 2046. In other words, even after a full day of trading, price hasn't covered one average true range. Price moved back and forth all day within the 80000–81000 range, a band less than 1.3% wide. There was no upside breakout or downside breakdown during the European session—a classic wait-for-news setup.
The overhead resistance levels, in order, are 80,952 (24-hour high), 81,600 (MA7), and 82,756 (MA25). The nearest solid support below is the lower Bollinger Band at 80,006, with the price just 0.5% above it. The Bollinger Band position is 10.2%, and the price is still hugging the lower band. Below that are 79,369 and the 30-day low of 79,221. They are nearly overlapping and form the only firm support zone in this move.
RSI is 43.1, and the MACD histogram is -346.9: weak, but not deteriorating at an accelerating pace. The 30-day percentile is 15.1%, with 7.78% remaining to the 30-day high of 87,220.
In short: Above 80,006, it's all range-bound action; only a break below 79,369 would count as a genuine breakdown.
【Second-Tier Group: ETH SOL XRP】
$ETH 2,330, up 0.26% over 24 hours and down 0.52% over 12 hours, making it the weakest of the three. The price is just 0.14% above MA99 at 2,327, practically hugging this long-term moving average. Three support levels—the lower Bollinger Band at 2,311, the 24-hour low at 2,293, and the 30-day low at 2,282—are packed into a range of less than 2%. RSI at 34.2 is already in oversold territory, but the MACD histogram at -11.34 has yet to show clear convergence.
SOL is at 101.45, up 0.77% over 24 hours, and has the relatively most intact structure among the second-tier coins. The price remains above MA99 at 97.21, while the lower Bollinger Band at 98.80 and the 30-day low at 98.62 are almost aligned, making support levels clear. MA7 at 103.61 is the first resistance overhead, while MA25 at 108.90 is still far away. RSI is 36.1.
XRP is at 1.2897, down 0.19% over 24 hours, and is the only one of the ten coins in the red. Its 12-hour change of -0.77% is also the worst in the group, and it has already fallen below MA99 at 1.2965. Its volume relative to the seven-day average is 0.49, the highest among the ten coins—weakness on rising volume warrants more caution than a slow decline on low volume. The lower Bollinger Band at 1.2548 and the 30-day low at 1.2546 overlap, forming the last line of defense.
【Platform and Payments: $BNB TON】
BNB is at 740.93, up 0.47% over 24 hours. Its figures look the best among the ten coins: it is still above MA7 at 739.78, the only asset in the group still holding its short-term moving average; the MACD histogram is positive at +0.599; the Bollinger Band position is 55.8%; the 30-day percentile is 33.7%; and its RSI of 49.4 is also the highest. However, its intraday range is only 11.73 against an ATR of 18.31, less than half its average volatility. Resistance lies between 744.18 and 762.04, with support between 732.45 and 714.33.
TON is at 1.60, up 0.95% over 24 hours, but down 0.99% over four hours and 0.56% over 12 hours, making it the only asset with a negative four-hour change. Its volume is just 0.05 of the seven-day average, so price moves on this volume are not meaningful. The price has just moved above MA7 at 1.5814 but has yet to clear MA25 at 1.646; the Bollinger Band position is 33.2%. Its current value as a reference is lower than that of the other nine coins.
【High-Beta Tail: DOGE ADA AVAX LINK】
AVAX is at 8.946, up 1.81% over 24 hours to lead the group, and its four-hour gain of 1.12% is also the strongest. However, it remains below MA7 at 9.21 and MA25 at 10.11; MA99 at 8.279 is its only support. The lower Bollinger Band at 8.626 is close to the 30-day low at 8.675. Volume is only 0.26 of the seven-day average, the lowest after TON—this rebound has the weakest volume.
LINK is at 11.45, up 1.20% over 24 hours. The price is hugging the lower Bollinger Band at 11.2648, almost exactly aligned with the 24-hour low at 11.267. Its 30-day percentile is 5.5%, placing it among the lowest of the ten coins. MA7 at 11.879 is the first hurdle for a rebound.
DOGE is at 0.0772, up 1.02% over 24 hours, with an RSI of 34.5 and a 30-day percentile of 10.1%. The lower Bollinger Band at 0.0751 is close to the 30-day low at 0.0748, while MA7 at 0.079 is acting as resistance.
ADA is at 0.2046, up 0.64% over 24 hours and 0.99% over four hours, making it the sharpest rebound. But its 30-day percentile of 5.0% is the lowest among the ten coins, and the price is pressing against the 30-day low at 0.2005, with the lower Bollinger Band at 0.1971 just below. It is 12.13% below MA25, the largest deviation in the group. The rebound potential here comes from its low price level, not from an influx of capital.
【Market Themes】
1. No fresh momentum in the European session. The ratio of volume to the seven-day average was almost unchanged from midday. The European session saw neither selling pressure nor aggressive buying; capital is waiting for the U.S. session rather than setting prices in Europe.
2. Volatility has compressed to the extreme. All ten coins have intraday ranges below their respective ATRs, without exception. This state is unlikely to persist for long. Once a direction is chosen, there is a high probability that the daily range will expand beyond the average. Compression itself has no directional bias, but it means the next move will be larger than today's.
3. The moving averages remain in a fully bearish alignment. For all ten coins, MA7 is below MA25, and none has seen its medium-term structure recover. So far, all rebounds have amounted to nothing more than oversold relief.
4. Divergence at the lows. The 30-day percentile ranges from 5.0% for ADA, 5.5% for LINK, 8.1% for AVAX, and 9.7% for ETH, to 33.7% for BNB and 18.7% for TON. Low percentiles limit the downside, but if the 30-day low is decisively broken, a low percentile becomes a new-low zone.
【Trading Reference】
Before the U.S. session opens, levels matter more than direction.
Bullish conditions: BTC must reclaim 81,600 (MA7) with volume back above 70% of its seven-day average, while ETH holds the lower Bollinger Band at 2,311. Only then would 82,756 be in view. If BNB breaks above 744.18 and holds, that would signal platform tokens taking the lead and could serve as an early indicator of risk appetite.
Bearish conditions: If BTC loses 80,006 and cannot quickly reclaim it, or breaks below 79,369 outright, watch the 30-day low at 79,221. If ETH falls below 2,282, the second-tier group could all catch up on the downside. XRP has already weakened on rising volume below MA99, making it the most vulnerable link at present; a break of 1.2546 would likely draw the first reaction.
No-trade conditions: Until volume returns to above 70% of its average and MA7 and MA25 begin to converge, back-and-forth movement within the range does not constitute a trend. Today's range was smaller than ATR, making both chasing rallies and selling into declines poor-value trades.
Overnight risks: First, if volume expands and BTC breaks below 79,369 after the U.S. session opens, low-percentile assets may fall in tandem, and the four tail-end coins typically decline more than BTC. Second, TON's volume is only 5% of its seven-day average, so thin overnight liquidity makes it prone to sharp wicks; its price is not a reliable reference. Third, positions that stayed on the sidelines during the European session may be released all at once in the U.S. session, raising the likelihood of a false breakout in the first hour. Watch the close at key levels, not the wick.
【Risk Disclaimer】
All figures in this article are taken from real-time snapshots of publicly available Binance market data and describe only market structure. They do not constitute investment advice or any promise of returns. A low percentile does not mean a bottom has formed; declining volume does not mean the price has stopped falling; and compressed volatility does not guarantee an upside breakout. In extreme market conditions, Bollinger Bands and moving averages can both fail. Manage your position size and stop-losses accordingly.
