Panewslab: BNB Chain says the Jenner hard fork upgrade will go live on the BNB Smart Chain testnet on October 28. It will introduce the Payment Lane feature, reserving 5% of gas capacity for eligible payment transactions, and support millisecond-level block timestamps and the new CAS20 compliance asset standard.
