According to Wu Blockchain, the first customers of Germany’s savings banks can now trade crypto assets through the app. The slowest part of this news is the addition of 30 to 40 institutions per month; the fastest was spot markets pricing it in first. $ETH 2,417, 24h +1.51%, trading volume 528.4M; $BTC 82,447, +1.53%, trading volume 1.14B. $SOL 2.78%, XRP 2.68%—the news did provide some support.

I haven’t seen a similarly strong increase in positions in the futures market. $BTC funding rate +0.0076%, open interest 1h -0.02%; $ETH open interest 1h -0.13%, long/short ratio 2.86. Seeing ETH open interest edge down makes me a little cautious, so I’m holding back on chasing longs.

My personal view: treat $ETH 2,400 as a recovery structure for now; a break below 2,400 would shift it into a range. As long as $BTC 82,000 holds, I’ll maintain a bullish bias and keep watching; a break below invalidates that view. Institutional access is a plus, not a reason to chase trades today.

When you see a market where spot moves first but positions haven’t increased, do you usually wait for a pullback or jump in right away?
