$BTC Here’s the bottom line: chasing the price at 82,000 is just throwing money away. The 75,000–80,000 range is a much better place to buy in stages.

A lot of people are asking whether they should get in now. I see it in two time frames:

Short term: We’re trading sideways in the 81,000–84,000 range. Yesterday, the price peaked at 82,291 before pulling back—a classic false breakout. Going long at these levels makes it hard to set a stop-loss; you’re basically handing your money to the market.

Medium term: Look at the bear-to-bull turnaround in 2023. The price rebounded from 15,000 to 22,000, then plunged back to 19,000 in a shakeout. It looked scary at the time, but in hindsight, it was a golden buying opportunity. Now we’ve gone from 58,000 to 87,000 and are pulling back—the pattern is almost identical. The 75,000–80,000 range is this rally’s “19,000.”

My plan: Buy spot in three batches at 76,000, 78,000, and 80,000. If it falls below 73,000, admit you were wrong and get out. For futures, only trade the range: short around 83,000 and take profit at 81,000. Don’t get greedy.

If it drops to 75,000, would you dare to buy? Let me know in the comments.
