Binance would like to inform users of the applicable American Depositary Receipt (ADR) fees charged by the relevant depositary banks for certain US equities.

Please refer to the details below regarding the applicable ADR fees and record dates.

Please Note:

• ADR fees are typically charged about one month after Binance is charged by the depository. 

• If the user held the asset on the record date, they will still be charged an ADR fee even if they have since liquidated the position(s).

• When ADR fees become payable, the applicable amount will be automatically deducted in USDC from the user’s account.

• Any outstanding fees will be automatically deducted once sufficient balance becomes available.

• In the event of insufficient funds, an equivalent value of assets may be temporarily frozen until payment is successfully collected.
