CREAM has really taken off—up 65% in a day, with just $270K in trading volume. The market is as thin as paper. I chased it this morning and got in at $2. It surged to $2.30 and I didn't sell; now it's fallen back to $2.10, and my unrealized gains are almost gone. Stay away from futures on tiny coins like this—the order book is too shallow, and a sudden wick can wipe out your position. If you want to trade it, stick to a small spot position, or keep futures leverage under 2x. You absolutely need to set a stop-loss. Don't do what I did and stubbornly hold a losing position.

VIB, BETA, and PYR are all near the top of today's losers. VIB is down 63%, BETA went straight to zero, and PYR has been cut in half. Altcoins are getting hit hard in this washout. According to Binance's live data, trading volume for all of these is tiny, and they can collapse as soon as liquidity dries up. Last week I traded PYR futures with 3x leverage. A long upper wick hit my stop-loss, and then it bounced right after I sold. I was furious. So now when I trade small-cap coins, I'm even quicker to take profits than to cut losses—I'll take the money and run when I can.

The Nasdaq is slightly up, gold is at 2,360, oil is at 82, and the broader market isn't doing much. All the money is bouncing around in the crypto market's small pools. A huge pump like CREAM's is either driven by news or a whale pumping the price to dump. Don't get carried away.

Remember: keep leverage below 3x, don't put more than 5% of your total funds into a position, don't chase coins with long upper wicks, and set a firm stop-loss. The above is only my personal
