After hitting a new high, it usually goes one of three ways:
① Pulls back to the previous high without breaking below it, then moves up another level: strongest scenario
② Chops around the previous high: turnover, waiting for direction
③ Quickly falls back below the previous high and can't reclaim it: false breakout
It's still above the previous high for now, so let's see whether it follows ① or ②.
