If you enter at the same price, why is someone else’s liquidation price different?
In cross margin mode, the liquidation price mainly depends on your account balance and position size. Unrealized P&L on your other cross-margin positions can also cause it to change.
After opening a position, check its liquidation price and compare it with typical market swings. If it’s too close, reduce your position size.
