Binance Charity to donate $3 million to help users in the earthquake-affected region of Venezuela (update)

Binance Charity confirmed the full allocation of $3 million in 20 USDT vouchers for users identified in the areas most affected by the recent earthquakes in Venezuela: La Guaira, Capital District, Miranda, Aragua, Carabobo, Falcón, and Yaracuy.
Aid distribution stages
Stage 1: 90,000 users: Funds are being processed and will be credited to the Rewards Hub within 30 days of verification.
Stage 2: 60,000 users: Applications from existing users who completed POA and KYC between June 26 and 28, 2026, are being processed, subject to the donation’s total allocation limit.
The full $3 million allocation has been reached, and no new vouchers will be issued under this program.
Fee waivers
P2P: All fees on transactions denominated in VES are waived until July 2, 2026 (23:59 UTC-3)
Binance Pay: All merchant fees in Venezuela are waived until July 2, 2026 (23:59 UTC-3)
