PETER BRANDT RANKS XRP BEHIND MONERO AND SOLANA IN HIS TECHNICAL COMPARISON.

On October 6, Peter Brandt published a comparison of the weekly charts for XRP, Monero (XMR), and Solana (SOL), using only classic price patterns and measured moves.

For XRP, the trader identifies a cup-and-handle formation that, in a longer-term structure, could be related to a right shoulder within a possible inverse head-and-shoulders pattern.

• A projection based on daily closes places the target near US$2.16, although Brandt warns that the right shoulder formation is weak and abbreviated.

The main drawback he sees is the heavy accumulated supply above the current price. This congestion represents significant resistance that XRP would need to absorb for the technical scenario to have room to play out.

The picture changes when analyzing XMR.

Brandt considers MONERO to have a cleaner weekly structure, with rising highs and much of the overhead supply already absorbed. Of the three assets, he names it his favorite.

SOLANA also receives a positive assessment, with a larger-scale cup-and-handle formation and clearly defined horizontal resistance.

The comparison leaves XRP with an interesting structure, but one that is more technically constrained than XMR and SOL.
