XRP rises above $1.50 as deposits on Binance jump 663%

During the week ending September 20, the average volume of XRP transferred to the Binance exchange platform reached 21.7 million tokens, i.e., 663% more than its quarterly reference. At the same time, XRP surpassed $1.50; however, these incoming flows are not enough to confirm a move toward $1.80.

XRP inflows to Binance surged 663%, to 21.7 million tokens per day.

Despite this increase, Binance’s reserves remain almost stable, at 2.63 billion XRP.

The flows suggest mainly strong token rotation, more than accumulation on the exchange.

Approximately 1.6 billion XRP from large addresses would have arrived at Binance over the month.

The $1.80 threshold remains a technical scenario, still dependent on maintaining the price and the flows on Binance.

XRP deposits reach 21.7 million per day

The exchange Binance recorded an average of 21,718,631 XRP per day during the previous week. This 663% increase indicates that these deposits are 7.63 times their reference level, estimated at around 2.85 million XRP per day.

However, this average should be interpreted with caution. According to CryptoQuant data, no incoming flow was recorded on September 12, 15, 18, and 19. In addition, some indicators were missing for September 20. Therefore, the weekly average was elevated mainly by a few major transfers.

Activity observed on Binance can be measured best with four figures:

Average deposits reached 21.7 million XRP per day;

Monthly incoming flows increased by 457%;

Monthly outflows increased by 167%;

Reserves reached 2.63 billion XRP, with only a 0.34% increase over a week.
