If I really have to ask, what has the crypto world brought me?
Back then, I might have said: trading opportunities.
But now that I think about it… maybe it’s not only that. 🌕
When I first got into crypto, just like many newcomers, I was especially focused on price.
When it went up, I was happy;
when it went down, I got anxious.
At that time, I always thought that if I just watched the charts a bit more and studied a bit harder, maybe I could catch the next uptrend. 📈
Later, after going through the ups and downs of the market, I gradually realized that what I truly needed to learn wasn’t “how to catch the next rally.”
It was—how to stay clear-minded through all the changes.
I started learning to look at projects and the market. And I also began to accept something I used to be unwilling to accept:
Some opportunities were never meant for me. If I miss them, I don’t necessarily have to chase.
If I can’t understand them, I don’t necessarily have to participate.
There will always be a next time in the market, but my capital and mindset are not infinite!
This might be the biggest change I’ve experienced on Binance and in the crypto market. 🍵
From not knowing anything at the beginning, to at least knowing how to do my homework, how to control risk—and I’ve also gradually learned how to face the market’s uncertainty.
Maybe I’m not that impressive, but at least I know more clearly than before what I’m doing.
🌕 Another Mid-Autumn Festival
I looked up at the moon in the evening and suddenly felt that crypto is a lot like a very long journey.
Sometimes it’s with the wind, sometimes against it. There were moments of excitement, moments of doubt. There was happiness when I made money, and also helplessness when I watched the market fall.
But looking back, it seems like every experience quietly left something behind.
So now, I’m no longer so fixated on how much profit a particular trade made.
Rather than the outcome, I treasure the process—slowly becoming a little more mature.
I used to think I had to seize every opportunity.
Now I’m more willing to accept:
Some trends—only act after you understand them.
Some opportunities—if you miss them, it’s okay.
The moon is still the same moon. It’s just that the person looking up at it isn’t the same self from when I first started learning about crypto.
