Bitcoin’s move has been fierce, but it didn’t leave the altcoins behind.
The alt-season index has been pinned at 66 for the past three days—no step moved. It’s still 9 points short of the “alt-season” threshold at 75. Looking at the 50 major coins, this index shows that 33 of them can outperform Bitcoin in 90 days—covering 66%.
Bitcoin itself surged 43.58% in 90 days—high bar, indeed. Ethereum still pushed up to 74.36%, SOL to 73.45%, Ripple to 52.41%, leaving the big brother behind.
A stuck index doesn’t mean rotation has stopped; it just hasn’t reached the level of “full bloom” yet. Between 66 and 75, a few coins still need to be added to the ticket.
