❓: In the terms, it says "counting membership start time only begins from the date the Group Chat is registered validly with the Organizing Committee and confirmed participation in the program"?
👩💻: Yes, this is a step for BTC to determine which Chat groups should be excluded—those that were created before 22/09 (the program start date). However, to make it easier for participants to understand and so BTC can support them better, we’ve adjusted it. Any Chat group that has submitted a registration form and was created after the program start time will be considered valid, without needing confirmation from BTC.
❓: What if I don’t have a profile on Square yet, and I’m not eligible to open a Chat?
👩💻: You can submit the registration form and share the community you already have. Our team will review and consider supporting you so you can enable the Chat group feature.
