$DUSK 24 Hours saw an 8.0% rise—from 0.0849 steadily climbing to 0.0963, then dipping back to 0.0929. A big bullish candle. But what we really need to look at today isn’t the price—it’s @Dusk’s post from yesterday, which turned the compliance of on-chain debt into a complete story.

How can a bond get onto the chain and work:
- The buyer’s location, institutional eligibility, and personal ID are checked using zero-knowledge proofs—without revealing any identity;
- Whether the bond can be transferred to someone else, and what restrictions apply when—these are handled by the contract rules themselves;
- The asset and the payment are recorded in the same transaction;
- For regulation and audits, the right parts are temporarily opened based on roles, while all other information remains locked.

These four pieces come together into one contract, solved on the same foundation. NPEX in the Netherlands has already embedded three “puzzle pieces”—a multilateral trading facility, a broker-dealer, and an EU crowdfunding license. The fourth piece, a distributed ledger settlement license, is currently being processed; in Germany, the 21X one has already been obtained. The DuskEVM mainnet chain ID 744 is live, with the confidentiality-contract layer filled in using homomorphic encryption.

Compliance base + toolchain + privacy layer all in one frame—something I hadn’t seen before. Next, we’ll see who gets the first on-chain bond running end-to-end first. In the comments, people are guessing whether the Netherlands’ company or Germany’s 21X will arrive first.
