It’s been said online that the second pre-access is about to arrive, but it’s actually not related to Binance. All Binance subscription/launch projects are conducted on PancakeSwap.
Here are my personal thoughts (not investment advice).
The subscription project is Kalshi, the world’s largest prediction platform, with the subscription taking place on Flap (flap). There’s no cooperation with Binance. Flap is leveraging Binance’s traffic, as shown in the screenshot. The post lures users, and the liquidity may be poor.
