Binance and Circle discussed this cooperation

Our $100 million investment and our five-year cooperation commitment reflect our steadfast confidence in long-term development. Together, we are working to build a more inclusive, transparent, and compliant digital economy. Stable, trustworthy digital dollars should not be a privilege for a few; anyone with a phone should be able to use them. That is the future this cooperation aims to achieve.”

Circle co-founder, Chairman and CEO Jeremy Allaire said: “Binance has built one of the largest and most active digital-currency platforms globally, creating the biggest financial super-app in the internet space, and has become one of the most widely used USD stablecoin wallet options worldwide. We both see huge opportunities to expand access to the use of the U.S. dollar through USDC, to support savings and investments through innovative digital-asset products, and to reach individuals and enterprises in emerging markets around the world.”
