The market immediately digested the bill premium: XRP -10%, Coinbase -10%, ETH -8%, BTC -4%. Spot BTC ETF saw a single-day outflow of $450 million, the largest since June. Whoever has the higher “bill component” drops the most. The only sector moving against the trend is privacy: ZEC +11.5%.

This is the end of the Senate’s market-structure legislation for 2026. Crypto now has just one variable left: interest rates.
