State Border Guard Service commented on the departure abroad of the former Prosecutor General.
Ruslan Kravchenko said that he is currently on a business trip abroad.
Spokesman for the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine Andriy Demchenko stated that he will not disclose information about crossing the border. “The State Border Guard Service is prohibited by law from disclosing information about border crossings by citizens. However, it should be noted that all measures for processing and allowing people through the border at checkpoints are carried out on the basis of documents that grant the right to cross the border, in accordance with the norms of current legislation,” Demchenko said.
Recall that Prosecutor General Ruslan Kravchenko said that he had signed a notice of suspicion for the Director of NABU, Semen Kryvonos. According to him, the decision was made on the basis of materials collected within criminal proceedings. Separately, the Prosecutor General also reported another suspicion involving a person close to the head of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office.
V. Zelensky stated that Prosecutor General Kravchenko must step down from his position. According to him, this is the only way for the head of the Office of the Prosecutor General. Kravchenko signed an order for his own five-day business trip to Paris.
