Capital B’s latest Bitcoin purchase deal
According to the transaction notice dated September 7, Capital B purchased 376 BTC for a value of 25.3 million EUR. The average purchase price was about 67,182 EUR per BTC.
This is Capital B’s largest Bitcoin purchase deal in about a year. Previously, the largest deal mentioned was the purchase of 551 BTC in September 2025.

After the transaction, Capital B’s average cost basis fell from 90,352 EUR to 87,878 EUR per BTC. The total cost the company used to accumulate 3,521 BTC was 309.4 million EUR.
The position of Capital B in the group of companies holding Bitcoin
Capital B currently holds 3,521 BTC and is ahead of Sweden’s H100 Group, equivalent to about the 25th position among listed companies holding Bitcoin.
Germany’s Bitcoin Group SE still ranks above Capital B with about 3,605 BTC. The gap between the two companies is roughly 84 BTC, while Capital B has not yet been included among the top 10 companies with the largest Bitcoin holdings.
This development shows that the Bitcoin treasury-building strategy is appearing not only in U.S. companies, but also across European businesses.
Capital B and Strategy’s Bitcoin treasury model
Capital B is following a similar model to Strategy by using company funds to accumulate Bitcoin. However, Capital B’s scale of holdings is still far smaller than Strategy’s.
The referenced Strategy is the largest Bitcoin-holding company, with 845,050 BTC, even though it sold 6,916 BTC in 2026. At the time of the mention, Bitcoin was trading at 78,469.40 USD, down 1.2% over the past 24 hours.
Capital B shares are trading at 4.89 EUR, down 5.82% in the most recent session but up 496.34% year-to-date.
