A 74% surge, but more than half of people are still shorting.

Today, MARSCOIN’s trading volume has jumped to $429 million. The price moved from 0.059 to 0.123, and is now back around 0.105.

What’s strange is that the long/short ratio shows 56% of people hold short positions. Even though it’s already surged, no one seems willing to chase longs.

More importantly, the hourly chart has printed three consecutive bearish candles, suggesting that momentum-chasers are pulling out, and profit-takers are exiting.

This kind of market is the most dangerous—longs think it’s a pullback buy opportunity, while shorts see it as a top signal.

I prefer to wait for direction to become clear: either a volume-backed breakout above 0.12, or a breakdown below 0.095 to confirm the pullback.

At this level, both sides are placing bets. Standing by and observing feels more comfortable than picking a side.
