TermMax is one of those projects I’ve been watching more closely lately, not because of the headline numbers, but because of what’s happening underneath.

Fixed-rate lending sounds simple until liquidity becomes the problem. You need the right capital, at the right rate, for the right maturity.

That’s why the V2 limit-order design caught my attention. If lenders can keep earning floating yield while waiting for a fixed-rate order to fill, sitting on the sidelines becomes less costly.

But the real test is still ahead.

Do borrowers return after their first loan? Do lenders roll into new maturities? Does liquidity remain healthy without heavy incentives?

The 1.5M+ wallets and 90K+ daily users are interesting, but retention and organic utilization will tell us much more.

That’s what I’m watching with TermMax.
