Bitcoin ETF sees net inflows for the second consecutive day as funds turn around
On August 18, daily inflows reached $189 million. Combined with the $298 million on August 17, the two days saw total returns of $487 million—whereas the previous five trading days had seen total outflows of only $390 million. That means the two-day rally not only made up the losses but actually netted nearly $100 million.
The momentum is even stronger on the ETH side: on August 18, daily inflows were $71.47 million, the highest in nearly two weeks.
Total assets also rebound in tandem: the BTC ETF net asset value is $79.298 billion, and the ETH ETF net asset value is $10.828 billion.
Last week, people were still saying institutions are retreating. This week, subscription orders have already lined up. Whether consecutive inflows can hold up for more than three days is the key to confirming the trend.
