#bstockscis @BinanceCIS There is one special feature of Binance bStocks that you should keep in mind: they are not just a way to move familiar shares into a cryptocurrency app.

For bStocks, there is a separate issuer structure—BTech Holdings—and the tokenized certificates are backed by the corresponding underlying shares. This matters because bStock should not be viewed as an ordinary token whose price depends only on demand in the crypto market.

At the same time, the structure differs from classic share ownership through a broker: a bStock holder does not receive standard shareholder rights, for example voting rights.

I think understanding these details is much more important than simply watching the price chart. Before using a new financial instrument, it’s always useful to figure out what exactly you’re buying and what rights you’re getting.

That’s why bStocks are interesting to me not only as a trading tool, but also as an example of how traditional assets are gradually adapting to blockchain infrastructure.
