TermMax@TermMax This time Binance Booster’s opening strategy is actually pretty good: using content posting as the core task. Unlike many fixed-rate DeFi campaigns that effectively trap retail users with funding thresholds, it can also be positioned against the Pendle yield-generation discussion track.
Unfortunately, the mechanism loopholes are too critical:
A pure hype leaderboard has zero anti-bot protection—farmers can easily take over the top spots, while authors with real content are forced to run alongside them;
The secondary verification is hidden in the text—many users who make the leaderboard end up wasting their time;
The campaign and the product are completely disconnected, attracting a large wave of pureirdrop hunters—almost nobody bothers to try borrowing or the options vault;
Task information is scattered everywhere, with no unified progress panel.
Simple improvement ideas:
Make the leaderboard weighted by originality, account quality, and optional on-chain interaction;
Pin the key reward-claiming rules + add a progress bar;
Give extra weight to posting plus protocol interactions;
Aggregate all tasks into a single page.
Two questions for the community:
Is raising the barrier to improve fairness worth it?
For fixed-rate DeFi new projects, how should the campaign be designed so it attracts more than just airdrop-farming crowd?
