Appeal isn’t a “lifesaver button”. To be handled well, prepare a good dossier
There is a very natural reflex when a dispute happens:
Open the chat and start explaining.
I used to think the clearer I am, the easier it would be to resolve.

But with a P2P transaction, what helps others understand the situation isn’t only the story you tell.
New evidence is something that can be verified.
If the transaction has an issue, I prioritize keeping:
• Order ID and order status
• Exchange history within the Order
• Payment information
• Receipts/documents related
• Actual transaction history
Then I consider how the situation needs to be handled.
Binance says that when there is a dispute, users can Appeal and the support team will review evidence from both sides. (Binance Academy)
So I don’t try to “win” the other party by chatting longer.
I want my file to be easier to review.
There is an issue → stop.
There is evidence → pause.
Cannot resolve → Appeal/Support.
That’s how I handle P2P after many transactions.
Staying calm doesn’t make the transaction disappear. But staying calm helps me not make the problem worse.
