BTC: Is the price preparing to test $65,000 again?
Bitcoin (BTC) is currently trading near $64,938, following a strong uptrend that pushed the price from the $64,777 area toward the $65,000 level.
The current picture on the 15-minute timeframe shows that buyers have clearly regained control, but the price is now facing an important resistance zone that could determine the next move.
📊 Technical read
After recording a local bottom near $64,777, the price began forming a series of higher highs and higher lows. This was followed by a strong push toward the $64,960–$65,000 zone.
However, the appearance of a strong bearish candle near $65,000 suggests there are sell orders at this level.
Therefore, the scenarios can be split into:
🟢 The positive scenario:
If BTC manages to break above $65,000 and hold there, we may see continuation toward $65,011, followed by a search for higher levels—especially if the breakout is accompanied by a clear increase in trading volume.
🔴 The negative scenario:
If the price fails to break $65,000 and selling pressure continues, the first watch areas will be $64,913, then $64,864.
On the other hand, losing the $64,814 zone could push the price back to test the previous bottom near $64,777.
📈 What does the volume say?
Volume increased during the uptrend, which is positive, but for the move to continue it needs confirmation from trading volume when breaking resistance.
In other words:
A breakout of $65,000 with strong volume = a better signal for continued upside.
